5. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed automatically each month
• Payments are securely processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds after service use within the billing period
• Free trial converts to paid subscription unless cancelled

6. Trading Risks and Disclaimers

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Automated trading does not eliminate risk
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
• We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice
• Consult with qualified professionals before trading

7. Prohibited Activities

• Engaging in illegal activities
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate markets
• Using the service for money laundering
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Reverse engineering or copying our software
• Automated data scraping or collection
• Interfering with service operation
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, logos, and designs of CryptoBot AI are our intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or emergencies
• Third-party service disruptions (e.g., Binance API)
• Force majeure events

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoBot AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses or missed opportunities
• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or errors
• Third-party actions or failures (including Binance)
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold CryptoBot AI harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of services or violation of these terms.

12. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the dashboard.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
