• Educational tools for learning trading strategies

Virtual Trading Only: All trading activities are simulated. No real cryptocurrency or money is traded. No API keys or real exchange accounts are required.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use our services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain account security and protect your password
• Take full responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be at least 18 years of age

Subscription fees are for access to virtual trading simulation features and educational tools.

Pro Plan ($19/month)

• $1,000 virtual balance
• 3 trading pairs simultaneously
• Up to 6 technical indicators
• Priority support
• Advanced analytics

Premium Plan ($49/month)

• $10,000 virtual balance
• 5 trading pairs simultaneously
• Unlimited technical indicators
• Priority support
• Professional testing environment

5. Payment Terms

Subscription Fees: All subscription fees are for access to virtual trading simulation features and educational tools only.

• Subscription fees are billed automatically each month
• Payments are securely processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds after service use within the billing period

6. Virtual Trading Disclaimer

• SIMULATION ONLY: All trading activities are simulated and do not involve real funds
• NO REAL TRADING: No actual cryptocurrency transactions are executed
• EDUCATIONAL TOOL: Platform is designed for learning and strategy testing

7. Prohibited Activities

• Sharing account credentials with others

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, logos, and designs of CryptoBot AI are our intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoBot AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any decisions made based on virtual trading results

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

12. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the dashboard.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
